What is tyre killer?

The tyre killer puncturing device features a deceleration ridge-type housing with a reinforcing rib spaced every 10 cm. A drive shaft is mounted transversely, with one end extending outside the housing to connect with the power drive unit. The drive shaft incorporates grooves and puncturing spikes. The upper section of the housing has a horizontal wall with a tire-puncturing groove. The power drive unit comprises an electric motor and a trigger mechanism housed within an electrical control box at one end. During operation, the trigger activates the motor to rotate the shaft, raising the tire-puncturing spikes (approximately at a 75-degree angle to the ground). The trigger mechanism is positioned for convenient operation.

The Jietian tire killer employs an electromechanical remote control system. Lightweight and portable, it offers simple operation, safety, and reliability. It enables flexible checkpoint deployment without obstructing normal traffic flow, making it essential advanced equipment for law enforcement agencies conducting vehicle interceptions.

The Jietian spikes are exceptionally sharp. Upon contact with a vehicle tire, they puncture the tire within 0.5 seconds and release air through the valve, rendering the vehicle immobile. This makes it an essential anti-terrorism roadblock for high-security sites. The spike strip operates in a normally closed configuration. During security operations, it remains raised to block all vehicle passage. When authorized vehicles need to pass, security personnel manually lower the spikes, allowing safe passage.

Typical applications: Military bases, government facilities, prisons, and especially for highway anti-ramming barriers.
