Our column is made of 304# stainless steel seamless steel pipe, and the internal structure is also made of stainless steel.
Other brand columns are welded, some of the materials are not stainless steel, and the impact resistance is poor.
Then check the design structure of the bollards.
Our guide bushings connected to the guide rod is made of PA66 material, which can increase the lifting stability, reduce noise and be durable. The three guide rails are made of stainless steel with a diameter of 13~20mm. The surface finish of the guide rails is higher than Ra3.2. Our reinforcement at the expansion is ≥110mm long and comes with three bumpers.
Other brands use 10mm chrome plated rails.

The flange plate and pre-buried barrel are made of full welding process.
The flange and edge guard of the bollard are made of stainless steel. The thickness of the flange plate is 40mm, which is stronger for the load bearing of the vehicle.
The pre-buried barrel is made of Q235 steel pipe, and the thickness of the pre-buried barrel is more than 4mm, and the anti-corrosion treatment adopts the construction process of acid washing and phosphate and epoxy zinc-rich primer, with the thickness of 80~120μm, which has strong corrosion resistance.
Other bollards of the flange plate using spot welding process, welding is incomplete, no anti-corrosion treatment, the edge of the guard and pre-buried barrels are easy to rust, not solid.
