Hydraulic Tyre Killer Maintenance

1. When performing electrical maintenance, disconnect the power supply and post a “Maintenance in Progress” sign in a conspicuous location.

2. Periodically tighten the screws on the equipment’s transmission mechanisms and mechanical fasteners.

3. Regularly remove sand, stones, and other foreign objects from inside the tire puncture device to prevent them from jamming the drive shaft pins.

4. Periodically lubricate the drive shafts in the internal transmission components of the tire puncture device’s rotating assembly (using WD-40 moisture-repellent and rust-preventive lubricant).
