Automatic Bollards
An automatic rising bollard is an electrically operated, vertically rising security barrier that automatically raises and lowers to control vehicle access. It is designed to provide a high level of perimeter security while allowing authorized vehicles to enter and exit without manual intervention.
Type by System
Based on their drive mechanisms, automatic bollards are primarily classified into hydraulic bollards, pneumatic bollards, electromechanical bollards.
Hydraulic Bollards
Hydraulic system are more stable and have a longer service life than electromechanical system.
Pneumatic Bollards
Pneumatic system are more environmentally friendly, but they are also more expensive.
Type by Power
Automatic bollards can also be classified based on whether they require a power supply, specifically into electric bollard, battery bollard, and semi-automatic bollard.
Electric Bollards
Our standard bollards operate on 220 volts; other voltages require an additional transformer.
Semi-automatic Bollards
The semi automatic bollard does not require a power supply; it is raised and lowered manually.
Hydraulic System
The Jietian hydraulic bollard system features a built-in hydraulic mechanism. With IP68-rated water resistance, it performs reliably even in rainy weather. The system uses high-quality hydraulic fluid that operates effectively between -40°C and 70°C, making it suitable for most extreme weather conditions worldwide.
The bollard features a removable design for easy maintenance and servicing.
Pneumatic System
Pneumatic bollards use compressed air as their driving medium. The system primarily consists of an air compressor station, cylinders, solenoid valves, and other components. Compared to hydraulic and electromechanical systems, pneumatic systems offer superior operational performance, are environmentally friendly and durable, have low maintenance costs, and provide strong driving force. They can be used in harsh environments.
Remote Control System
Our automatic bollards support a variety of remote control functions. Designed and developed with PLC control programming, they offer stable performance and strong resistance to interference. They can be operated via a mobile app, remote control from a computer, or a license plate recognition system to raise and lower the bollards.
Control Box
We custom-build control panels for each client, allowing you to control as many automatic bollards as you need at once. Our control panels operate on a standard voltage of 220 volts; other voltages require an additional transformer.
The control panel is also equipped with an emergency button, enabling the bollards to be lowered even in the event of a power outage.
