Pneumatic Bollard

Pneumatic bollards use compressed air as the driving medium, and the system primarily consists of an air compressor station, cylinders, solenoid valves, and other components. Compared to hydraulic and electric rising bollards, pneumatic rising bollards offer superior operational performance, are environmentally friendly and durable, have low maintenance costs, and provide strong driving force.

Pneumatic rising bollards are typically installed at the main entrances of various facilities, vehicle access points, and checkpoints. They use PLC control to raise and lower the bollards, ensuring fast and stable operation. The intelligent control system not only supports a variety of optional functions but also integrates with computers to enable remote central control and mobile app control, offering comprehensive functionality and stable performance. Optional components include: ultra-bright LED warning lights, equipment status indicators, vehicle detection devices, and automatic heating systems.

The two-stage pneumatic bollard is a custom-designed product developed for sites where deep excavation is not feasible; it requires only a 470mm excavation for installation. This excavation depth is less than half that of comparable products, making it ideal for locations such as above underground parking garages or areas with complex underground utility lines where deep excavation is not possible. The three-stage pneumatic bollard requires only a 390mm excavation for installation.
